Our Therapeutic Philosophy

A Safe Space to Reconnect with Your True Self Beneath the Trauma

The patterns that bring people to therapy are rarely random. Difficulty trusting closeness, feeling unsafe even when things are calm, cycling between longing for connection and pulling away. These often trace back to attachment wounds more than any single event. We combine evidence-based methods with culturally attuned care, helping you build safety within yourself and your relationships.

Our goal is to help you reconnect with your true self and build a fulfilling life beyond the effects of trauma, not by erasing your history, but by changing your relationship to it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to Common Questions

Are the therapists Muslim?

Yes. All of our therapists are Muslim and bring both lived and professional understanding of Islamic values, cultural norms, and the experiences of many Muslim and MENA communities. Our work is evidence-based and tailored to your individual needs and therapeutic goals, approached with genuine respect for your faith and identity. We do not provide faith-based psychotherapy or religious counseling.

Can I do my therapy in Arabic?

Yes. Our therapists are fluent in Arabic and English, and sessions can be conducted in whichever language feels most comfortable to you, including a mix of both.

What are the session rates?

Session fees vary based on the therapist, service type, and session length. If you have any questions, we're happy to help you find the option that best fits your needs. Contact us directly for current fee information.

Do you accept health insurance?

We are an out-of-network provider. Payment is made directly to our practice. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. We can provide a Superbill upon request to submit to your insurer.

Are you currently accepting new clients?

Availability changes regularly. To find out if we have current openings, reach out via WhatsApp, email, or the appointment request link and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

How often will I meet with my therapist?

Most clients begin with weekly sessions, especially early in trauma work, and adjust frequency over time based on progress and need. Together, we'll determine a session frequency that fits your goals and needs.

Are sessions confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality is central to ethical therapy practice, with the standard legal and clinical exceptions (such as risk of harm to yourself or others) that any licensed therapist is required to disclose. We review these limits with you at intake.

Have a specific question or concern? Please contact us directly. We're here to help you get the most out of your healing process.

It's okay if this first step feels difficult

That is completely normal. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Request an appointment with one of our therapists, or simply ask a question first.
